Folder picker

I have implemented native folder picker. You can now choose the directory in it and it is correctly passed back to the caller. Can be easily tested using Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org - Paths.

Still some major issues with file picker unfortunately. I even reported them to carbon-dev mailing list at Apple. Hope to get some answer.
